Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping & Delivery policy (product) for buyers who are residents of the country the orders are delivered through a registered domestic courier business and/or speed posts companies and/or speed post. Orders are dispatched in 2-3 days, or according to the delivery date that was agreed upon at the time of the order. The confirmation of order and the delivery of the shipment are subject to courier post office/company standards. Stay plant cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities and will only guarantee that the shipment will be handed over to the courier.

The postal service or the company must be notified within 7 days of the date of our order and payment or the delivery date that was agreed upon in the moment of the order confirmation. All orders will be made to the address of the registered buyer, as in accordance with the credit or debit cards only in all instances (unless otherwise specified when placing the order).

Payments we use RazorPay and other payment systems for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted. Our delivery partners are Blue dart, DTDC, delivery.com and ekart, how is the delivery cost determined for many units as well as certain items for Indian customers, shipping is free across India. Our company does not deliver items outside of India. Disclaimer this product is shipped to all cities in India accessible by major s agencies. Ford rural areas and remote areas, the product will be delivered through local couriers/ Indian Speed Post and may take longer.
